1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by contacting:

You must clearly state your intention to cancel the purchase.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
The product must not show signs of use

For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used candles
Products damaged due to misuse
Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

7. Complaints (Danish Customers)

Under Danish law, you have a 2-year right of complaint for manufacturing defects.
