All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 5–12 business days

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
