At Mera-ol, we are committed to delivering your luxury candles safely, securely, and efficiently. Each candle is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We may offer:

Free shipping on orders above a specified amount
Promotional free shipping during selected campaigns

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

4. International Orders & Customs

For international shipments outside the UAE, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
